If the pasta is being served as a main course, we suggest 100 g pasta per person. Bring 1 litre of water with 10 g of salt per 100 g of pasta to the boil. Add the pasta as soon as the water boils. Bring back to the boil, put the lid on the pan, stir occasionally and leave to cook for the indicated time. Drain the "al dente" (firm) pasta and serve immediately.
