Ingredients
500 grams Grand’Italia Fusilli Tricolore400 grams frozen peas
200 grams boiled ham in ribbons
200 grams carrots
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon yoghurt
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 pinch salt
1 dl cream
1 pinch pepper
Preparation method
| Step 1 | Cook the carrots in approx. 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the size) until still crunchy. At the same time, cook the peas in plenty of boiling water in another pan, in 3 minutes. Drain them and plunge them into very cold water. This retains their colour and flavour. |
| Step 2 | Follow the pack instructions to cook the fusilli until firm. |
| Step 3 | Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, yoghurt, cream and parsley. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. |
| Step 4 | Drain the carrots, peas and pasta, and mix into the sauce together with the diced ham. |
