Ingredients
1 pack Grand’Italia Pomo~Idea Basil Onion500 grams Grand’Italia Tagliatelle all'uovo
400 grams mussels, without shell
1 finely chopped shallot
1 dash olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt
Preparation method
| Step 1 | Follow the pack instructions to cook the tagliatelle until firm. |
| Step 2 | In the meantime, fry the shallot in a dash of olive oil. Now add the mussels and fry for around 5 minutes until they are cooked. |
| Step 3 | Add the pasta sauce, parsley and lemon juice, and season the sauce with salt and pepper if required. Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce. |
