Tagliatelle with mussels

Tagliatelle alle vongole

Ingredients

1 pack Grand’Italia Pomo~Idea Basil Onion
500 grams Grand’Italia Tagliatelle all'uovo
400 grams mussels, without shell
1 finely chopped shallot
1 dash olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt

Preparation method

Step 1Follow the pack instructions to cook the tagliatelle until firm.
Step 2In the meantime, fry the shallot in a dash of olive oil. Now add the mussels and fry for around 5 minutes until they are cooked.
Step 3Add the pasta sauce, parsley and lemon juice, and season the sauce with salt and pepper if required. Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce.
